The lobby had alot of incense smell to cover up a mildew water machine, but other than that it was great, the rooms where clean,plenty of towels and wash clothes and the beds slept great! Only got 5 hours of sleep but felt like a solid 8,the AC worked great. I'm leaving a 5 star review because the smell can be fixed. -Crazy cat dude
I've stayed here for acpuplr nights and the night guy who works the desk is the nicest u will Meet. He definitely went out of his way to make sure we had a great stay. The rooms were bigger Than most i have been to, and had 2 refrigerators and a full sink in the kitchenette. Had a nice closet and cabinets. Can't say enough about the place and the man behind the desk. Thanks again definitely staying their again
I stayed here for 3 nights this month and had a great experience. I had a miscommunication with the staff there about moving my booked dates, which could have turned into a problem. They fixed the issue for me and even gave me my original rate even though the new rate was going to be higher. The place is a budget hotel so not luxury by any means, but breakfast was good, the place was clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I will stay here again next time I'm in Dayton.
My husband and I have stayed at the Comfort Inn several times over the past few years when we have been in town to visit family, and have been very happy with the accommodations and service. We had a family emergency prior to our most recent stay, and thought we were going to have to cancel at the last minute. It was a very hectic and stressful time for us. The manager was beyond empathetic and willing to work with us. We did not have to cancel our trip, after all, and had a very pleasant stay. We felt very welcomed, and will definitely stay at here when we are in town the next time.
Really nice staff. Microwave and mini fridge in the room. Ice machine, on site laundry and gym. Plenty of hot water!
We stayed at this Comfort Inn for two nights during our visit to the United States Air Force Museum. I was concerned when I saw some negative reviews but ours was a positive experience. Quiet & Clean Rooms with a Friendly & Helpful Staff. It wasn't the greatest hotel breakfast we ever had but it was okay (my wife did like the waffles). There is another Comfort Inn that is right beside the Air Force Museum but it is in the middle of nowhere. Although this Comfort Inn is 15 minutes away from the museum, there are restaurants, gas stations & Interstate 675 nearby. I recommend T J Chumps which is only 6 minutes away on Interstate 675.
